3.5 Bulk purchases (e.g., wholesale orders) are subject to specific terms, including minimum order quantities and production timelines:

  • 0-50 pieces: Dispatched within 1-2 business days if in stock.
  • 1000-2000 pieces: Production time of 35 days if out of stock.
  • 5000-8000 pieces: Production time of 45 days if out of stock.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Orders can be placed through our website. Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

4.2 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract occur when we dispatch the items.

4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

4.4 Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at orders@cesicurls.com.

4.5 All invoices for wholesale orders are available through your customer account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, destination, and shipping method selected. Orders over €3500 within the EU qualify for free shipping.

5.2 Delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 5-12 business days
  • Americas: 10-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-15 business days

5.3 Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed in such cases.

5.4 Tracking information will be provided for all shipments. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties in their country.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

6.3 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

6.4 Wholesale orders are non-refundable unless the items are defective.
